Our Stretchtogo Practitioners can come to any location that is convenient for you. Going to a studio to get an assisted stretch can be tough on most people’s schedule. It’s time to feel and function your best with just a click or phone call. We are flexible in more ways than one! Let us know when and where and Stretchtogo will accommodate your schedule.

SERVICES

Stretch and Body Meditation

Single session 1hr – $200

Enjoy a full body meditation. Slowing down the mind and feel the body lengthen as your personal Stretchtogo practitioner learns what areas you need help with.

Stretch Extremities, Relaxing Techniques, and Body Meditation

Single session 90 minutes – $250

Add an extra 30 min for Stretching hands and feet. Also, our special scalp, third eye and temples calming effects. Relaxation is key to a deeper stretch.

Custom Stretch & Strength Program

One-off live session $100 – Monthly package $950

Our Custom Stretch & Strength Program is designed to provide you with a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or manage weight and inflammation, our program offers a comprehensive approach to your wellness journey.

Beginner

If you haven’t had an assisted stretch before – prepare yourself for comfort! Your Stretchtogo Practitioner will greet you and discuss your current flexibility, any injuries that you may have. Stretches are performed on a yoga mat. Your stretch won’t be painful. Your Practitioner will communicate with you throughout your stretch to gauge your comfort level from 1-10 you should experience no greater than 8 at the max stretch after working up to this point. It’s best to wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and can spread out easily in. People wear workout clothes, gym shorts,(no inappropriate attire) yoga pants, T-shirts, etc. jeans and slacks tend to restrict your mobility so please don’t wear those types of materials.
