Choose a time and place
Book online in a few minutes, with no account required. Your practitioner comes to your home, office or hotel.
We bring the equipment
Sessions take place on a yoga mat or a massage table. All we need is about 6 × 8 ft of clear floor.
You set the intensity
Your practitioner checks your comfort on a 1–10 scale throughout. A stretch never goes past an 8, and only after working up to it.
